Yes. The following cancellation fees apply (payment via bank transfer):
・2 days before or on the day of arrival: 100%
・3–7 days before arrival: 75%
・8–14 days before arrival: 50%
・15 days or more prior: Free of charge

◆What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash only.

◆What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 13:00–15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

◆Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
It may be possible depending on availability. Please inquire in advance.

◆Is staff available on-site?
The host lives on the property, but may be away at times.
In case of emergency, please contact us by phone or LINE.

◆What is the maximum number of guests per room?
Each container can accommodate up to 6 guests.

◆Can I stay with small children?
Yes, children are welcome.

◆Can I stay with pets?
No, pets are not allowed.

◆What is included in the room rate?
The rate is for room only (no meals provided).
Room Rates:
・¥15,000 per night for up to 4 guests
・Up to 2 additional guests: +¥3,000 per person
・Single occupancy discount: 50% OFF → ¥7,500
・Long-stay discount: 50% OFF from the 2nd night (can be combined with the single occupancy discount)

◆Is the kitchen available for use? Are cookware and dishes provided?
A kitchen with an IH cooking heater is available.
Basic cookware is provided, but no dishes are supplied.
If you need additional items beyond what is provided, please contact us.

◆Do you have a washing machine or dryer?
There is no washer or dryer on the premises, but a coin laundry is available nearby.

◆Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided.

◆Is parking available? How many cars can I park?
One parking space is available per room.
If you need parking for more than two vehicles, please contact us.

◆What is the nearest station or bus stop?
The nearest stop is Tokushima City Bus – Minamiokisu 4-chome.

◆Is cleaning provided during multi-night stays?
Generally, no cleaning is provided during consecutive-night stays.
Cleaning tools are available upon request.

◆Is smoking allowed?
The rooms are non-smoking, but a designated smoking area is available.
